Young people who have completed Year I of Confirmation Preparation are invited to continue the formation for the Sacrament in Year II of Confirmation Preparation. To register for Year II, candidates must complete the following documents, and return them with the family RE Registration Packet. These completed documents must accompany registration in order to be enrolled.

Year II candidates must also turn in a record of their Christian Living at their Confirmation Interview, during the last sessions.
