The children and teen choirs gives our younger population an opportunity to sing and play instruments during mass. The children are too young for the regular adult choir for the most part, so the children’s choir allows them to have an opportunity to get up and sing God’s Word. The teens then have the opportunity to be more of a praise and worship band with more contemporary songs of their choosing. The children and teen choir meet sporadically. When we know that we will sing at a mass or an event, we meet two or three weeks ahead of the scheduled date.
